Dinosaur Mad!

My week has been incredibly busy, the Irish Times article shot my site into overdrive! I am now playing catch up, I have a lot of orders to get out and other new products to upload onto my sites CarlaDaly.com and CarlaDaly.co.uk. My new products are dinosaur related prints/growth charts.

I really enjoyed doing the dinosaurs, and with the success my animal world map, I am thinking of adding a dinosaur world map to my range. Though this will take a long time to illustrate!

Illustrated map of Canada It has taken me ages and I am still not finished! I am really enjoying illustrating this map of Canada, but need a little break from maps! I have illustrated it with the cities and the towns of the different states. Then I have added the animals from the region. Kids Map Of The UK & Ireland

Kids Map of the UK & Ireland (unfinished) I have decided to do a range of wall maps of different countries. I finished my USA map and am now starting the UK & Ireland. I have found that I really like illustrating maps! Also, I am not illustrating them in my usual hand drawn/painted way, I do hand draw all the animals and map outlines but then scann them onto my computer. I then colour them in on the computer and place them on the map, the text is then added, simple as that! Well, not that simple, it really takes my a long time, but I hope you think it is worth it. I am going to get samples printed, when I have approved them they will be printed and ready to buy, I will keep you posted!
